This was my first ever Qatar flight and my first ever Qsuite! I found this award ticket on American airlines and it cost us 30k AA miles each. Flying from DXB to Doha on an A350 with a QSuite cabin configuration with a flight time of around 30 minutes after taking off.
Then from Doha to Male flying on a 777-200LR with a QSuite configuration. With the first flight being so short I thought I'd include it in this video just so you can see how amazing the crew was. They served us a whole meal, drinks, and more during this short time!
We could have flown Emirates in Economy at a cost of over $800 per person and that would have been a direct flight to the Maldives but buying AA miles cost a lot less and we got to fly in QSuites! That to me is a no brainer!
